Dr. Jennifer Rubinstein Murray is a licensed clinical psychologist, certified school psychologist, and couples therapist with over 15 years of experience helping partners reconnect, communicate more effectively, and navigate the complexities of parenting and family life. She founded Westchester Psychological Associates to create a therapy space where couples, parents, and individuals feel supported, seen, and empowered.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Murray is a full-time Visiting Professor at Manhattan University, where she teaches graduate students across the Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Mental Health Counseling (MHC), and School Counseling programs. She is passionate about training emerging counselors to integrate ethical practice, cultural responsiveness, and evidence-based interventions into their professional development.
